What do you not like about working in a call center environment?

Hi guys, gals, and gays! You can post anything that comes in mind regarding what you do not like in a call center environment as long as it is within the rules for constructive criticism.


What I don't like about having to go to work in a call center during late evenings or wee mornings is the constant fear about getting mugged or worse getting shot or stabbed. There doesn't ever seem to be any policeman on patrol..

Call centers here in Cebu are offering provincial rates. To think it's not worth having to go through all the hassle and the worry and potential danger. What I can say though is, it is worth all the hassle in dutifully paying our taxes to have at least policemen patrolling at night to ensure the safety of call center agents who are bringing work and money into the city.

I like evening shifts inta 2ngod sa nyt diff and hazard pay..pro kuyaw2an sd lgi ka mubyahe oie..
