i have KINGSTON 512 mb pc 400 nga RAM sa ako pc, ako ta dugangan ug another 512 mb..
ask ko f m.dagan ra ba f ipares nako PQI ug KINGSTON..

technically, its not a 100% guarantee...there are always hardware incompatibility issue. but mostly pwd ra even not of the same speed as long as they are of the same type i.e. DDR jud and duha. for different speeds, the lowest speed will prevail...i.e. PC400 combine w/ PC333...333 ra jud iya effective speed.

ask lng ko....is ur mobo supports dual channel? what is the highest FSB it can support? these are necessary to optimize performance k masyang ra unya imo gpalit na memory. ask lng f u dont know some of the tech terms para mas ma elaborate na2.

dapat duha ka PC266 imo gi install to get the highest FSB of 533 MHz that ur mobo can support, assuming ur mobo supports dual channel. Pro nkapalit naman ka daan ug PC400 dn go for it. Talagsaon ra kaau na bro na mag mismatch ang different brands maski gani dili cla pareha ug speed but the RAM with lower speed will prevail.

bro mas ok jud na siya mugana kong pareha ug brand.. kay wala kaayo eror. pero kong ing ana imong lain brand gepares.. naa jud na blema bro.. dili nimo ma maximize ang speed.. nya naay mga buffer over runn nga eror.. basta di jud maayo pareson ang di pariha ug brand...

i have mine installed 1 512MB Adata ddr400, 1 512MB NCP ddr400 ug 1 256MB kingston ddr400 valueRAM
naka DUAL CHANNEL ang 2 512s

nagtry ko APACER but apacer will get my PC crazy BIOS data display distorted, and oftenly reset by itself, then ako pareplace ug NCP... now its running fast no hiccup..
