We are looking for Technical Support Representatives (Home-based Positions)

- must have knowledge about html and CSS
- preferably has knowledge about wordpress
- Zendesk experience is a plus but not required
- willing to work 40 hours/week on US Central Timezone
- this will be mostly email support with minor phone support
- must have good english communication
