    Default Meniscus Tear Need Advice


    Mga ka Istorya Kinsai nka suway ani? need advice.. Findings sa MRI ky Horizontal Tear Medial Meniscus Posteiror Horn, Ok lng ba dli magpasurgery? how much kha cost if magpasurgery?

    how old are you?
    how did you get this injury?
    did you see an orthopaedic doctor after this result?
    did the Dr. refer you to a Physical therapy?

    have you consulted for a second opinion? 2nd have you ask you physician if there is another option aside from surgery. and how serious the damage?

    -if naka second opinion naka unsa may gisuggest pd nya?
    -if naa cya'y second opinion try to do it.
    -if ang injury is that bad better get surgery

    Now 27, nkuha ni nako pgduwa ug basket. Yup. Nagpa P.T.for 2 weeks. self knee exercise pud advise sa doctor. This coming friday pa schedule nko sa doctor.

    ok... rest, ice, compression, elevation lng sa brad.. let it heal.. plus strengthening of the muscles.. then slowly back to training.. at least wlay labot ang ACL..>(smile na si doc if maapil...LOL)
    expect lng daan na magngotngot na esp tugnaw ang panahon... and magsakit pd usahay...
    wala mn pd nisulti si doc na pa cleaning?

    ani sad akoa bro wala ra ko nag pa surgery kay medyo mahal. nausab na gyud akong dinuwaan since na injured ko ani, no more explosive moves, just shooting, 1 on 1 gani stop and shoot ra hehe or post moves gamay pero no penetration haha. then mindful na ko sa akong lihok. akong basketball is 2-3x a week nalang. kung ma sobra murag luoy na kaayo akong knees. regarding sa workouts strengthen your lower body gyud. do a lot of lunges, deadlifts, squats pud but dont go too heavy. ayaw lang nang leg presses kay ma tintal ka mu go heavy gud. then i manage gyud ang weight to avoid more stress on the knees. dako kaayog tabang ang mag gym ug plyometrics bro so good luck
