how to back up phone data?

I'm planning to reformat my pc but duha duha ko unsaon pag back up sa mga data sakong phone. according to google, i copy nako ang files (music, movies) to external hard drive (from the file directory jd). But how about my apps, contacts and msgs? aha na directory makuha sa kong pc?

And for example, mana reformat akong pc and reinstall nko sa itunes, pag restore nko ana.. ang data ba sa play count sa music or video ma changed and how about akong games na taas na keo ko ug level and nice na ug items? back to 0 ba?

pati back up sa imong iphone naa diha bro.

pwede sad nimo e sync sa imong iphone making sure all contents in yout itunes library (PC) is all in sa imong iphone ( given the size of the contents) with this reformat imong pc, reinstall itunes after then transfer purchases/resync imong iphone to your pc.

If dili kaya sa imong iphone, say apps nimo daghan then a6gb lang iphone nimo, re download nalang ka after nimo ma install ang itunes sa imong newly formated pc. this is easy because app purchases (free or paid) is tied up to your itunes account aka apple id.

lastly, just to cover everything (bear with me) you can back up to icloud. tanan contacts, apps, docs, etc then re download them after. need sad kag paspas nga internet for this.
