Here are the list of free virus removal programs I personally recommend.

Run the the tools in order.

1. Kaspersky TDSS Killer (anti-rootkit)
Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller

2. ESET Online virus scanner
ESET Online Scanner

3. SurfRight Hitman pro
HitmanPro 3 - SurfRight



These doesn't need to be installed on the computer. I've been using these for almost a year already and so far, it didn't fail me to meet my expectation.
