Im thinking of starting a food cart business of some sort but i dont know the rules and regulations. Like if its just a small food cart, can i park it anywhere? Do i need to ask permission or something. Like for example across usctc or usjr. Where is a good location for this kind of business?

Well.. i have the kind of food in mind naman... but i dont know how to distribute... like for example ibutang ang cart sa pick up then ipark... but where to park... naa ba bayad or d pwede... or ipwesto jd xa somewhere...
