-Must have 2-3 years experience as a COOK
- An experience leader that can manage, kitchen staff and all aspects of running a commercial kitchen.
-Manage strict inventory controls - mandatory budgetary levels to be met.
-Maintain quality and consistency in all recipes and dishes at all time.
-Sanitation and Safety leader.
-A person who is striving for excellence.
Previous experience with seafood, cold cuts, pasta, italian, french and filipino fusion cooking is an advantage.
