mga bro pwede ko ngayu ninyu advice base from what learned about this 2 dx10 cards which is which? price & performance asa jud maau feedback ani duha, yes we know na mas kusog jud cguro ni ang 8600gt pero what about there price? lau ba? asa kahay mas sulit?

I've read reviews about these cards and mostly wala gyud sila kaangay sa performance, this card was compared to the 7600gt and 7600gt blows it out of the competition, the only advantage about these cards is the directx 10 ready feature..So if you're not in a hurry better read reviews and wait for another release from the graphics card giant Nvidia..

Disappointing kaayo ang performance sa mid range DX10 cards sa Nvidia....even the 8600GTS. Even if you run it on Vista unya naa nay DX10 supported game... the card will be too slow to play at high res (128bit pa gyud)

If you can spend a bit more... better gyud to get 8800GTS... or if on a budget save your money and get 7600gt, X1950pro, 7900GS or any other high performance nga cheap DX9 card.

There are also forums where they mention upcoming AGP cards for the midrange DX10 series from ATI. Pero i seriously doubt any midrange dx10 card can beat the performance sa X1950XT.

I doubt kung naa ba diri sa cebu... the best AGP card you can get here is a X1950pro pero at 11k+ medyo overpriced siya... (8k would be a fair price for this type of card) ... also not a lot of stores have high end AGP cards in stock.

base sa toms hardware ok man bro ang 8600gt for dx10 card affordable and yet kaya ang mga dx10 games ang ila lang disappointment ang 8500gt....sa karon gud ala nay mga 7600gt na palit pangitaun na pero halos same price ra sa 8600gt ug sa ubang store dili pa jud palit which has the sonic version, naka palit ko yesterday Palit gf8600 gt sonic 600 coreclock/ 1600 mem clock 32pixelshader pipelines,dual dual dvi. 3dmark2006 score 5,430 compare sa ako 6600gt sauna 1,720 ra and score perting lau a na. so far nuon bf2 ug bf2142 ra man nako na test na game, well mura nalang ka ga duwa ug counter strike sa kagaan ani na mga game para sa vcard.

7600GS should be enough as long as you don't run it at high resolution. The problem I have with 8600GT is that a lot of people were expecting the 8600GT and 8600GTS to surpass the performance of the 7 series sa Nvidia... instead it only performs on par with the likes of 7900GS due to the 128bit interface.

Misleading ang benchmarks sa 3dmark05/3dmark06 to judge the real game performance sa card. The one thing that the 8600GT/GTS manage to do is score high on 3dmark.... BF2/BF2142 medyo dated na man gud sya nga game so its gonna do well gyud (what resolution are you using btw?) Also, a lot of people buy the 8500/8600 cards to be DX10 compatible... this will mean using VISTA w/c I dont see myself doing in the near future.... XP pa ghapon ko. Most people buy DX10 to prepare for games like Halo 3, Crysis etc... w/c make use sa DX10. Akong concern lang gyud is will these midrange cards be able to handle those new games at decent settings and resolutions... Ang kuyaw ana is pwede but you will be running at medium to low settings lang at a low res. That's the reason why i have my hesitations about the 8600 series...


Ever since, nvidia's next gen cards mid range have always performed on par if not better than the last gen high end .... (7600 series compared to 6800). I guess I, like a lot of other people are just disappointed with the performance sa ilang midrange karon.. it's adequate to play todays games no doubt. Pero in terms of value for my money and its inability to play at high res,... dili kaayo sya sulit... I ended up buying an ATI X1900GT and my brother got a X1950XT. for 129.99USD and 169.99USD respectively.

I just wish the 8600 series were as fast as the 8800GTS.... that would be a really good value.
