TV Network in Cebu

It's high time for Cebu to be the alternative of TV media. I believe Cebu is ripe to have its own tv network. TV exposure has been centered practically in Manila for more than 50 years already. Film entertainment i think is still not viable at this time though.

Calling all businessmen willing to invest in this type of industry. smiley6600 We could buy out existing tv networks such as NBN or IBC 13 so expanding and national exposure would not be a problem.
