googled some and it's a close MAMMATUS cloud formation...
my brother took these using a phone..htc wildfire s...

mamatus clouds usually forms when there is a looming thunderstorm across the area where it appeared. Usually this forms in wide open spaces....seldom lang makita here in the Philippines.

It has nothing to do with HAARP.


Oh wait...this may be related to Aliens......joke!

so i read about mammatus clouds...which was weird when i think this was a perfectly sunny day...

anyway, just sharing this weird natural phenomenon...at least sa cebu...not the usual clouds...

i thought someone's filming on location for Independence Day 2...

i have not heard this kind of cloud appear in Cebu.

^wa pod ko kabalo boss pila ka minutes/hours...ako pangutana ako bro kay wa to mag-uwan tong adlawa...as you can see, lagyo kaayo ang ubang clouds nya blue kaayo ang sky...

likoy man kay chicks....ayg paila gud...hahaha...
