Having problem with my laptop...anyone help!!!

Hi there, I'm new on this forum...I would like to ask anyone from here some help regarding my laptop.
Everytime I turned it on It started to turn white...I can't see anything on the monitor. What could be the problem on this...

While you turn-on your Laptop is there any logo brand or bios start-up display on your Laptop LCD? If ever walay display all are white maybe the problem is in the LCD. Mhai, this is not the conclusion of your laptop's issue but this is only my suspect on your problem. I will advice you to go to a laptop service center para ma diagnose ang problem.

check daw if nay "windows sound"
check for beeps
boot sa bios or safe mode

Mga bosing naa sab ko problem laptop ako amigo pentium 3 sa dell inspiron 5000 e ang brand.Pag nag on ko mosiga lang siya kadali nog human ma off dayon.mag sige nalang on and off.nanghulam ko sa power cord sa lain para testing kon ok ba ang line sa kuryente iya gi supply pero mao lang gihapon ang problema.Naa kaha sa solod sa loptop ang deperensya or ang power supply kaha.

@ ZIRA: Is the battery pack still in good condition? If the laptop is capable of battery bypass then remove the battery pack and try switching it on with the power supply only.

@mhai: please update us if the POST is successful and you hear beeps so we can address your concern better.

ani nalang usual step 1 procedure sa laptop no post, no boot issue

tangtanga removal peripherals like battery, harddrive, RAM, pwede pud modem card....

then try to return them one by one para makita asa ang defect
