nsa ma recommend ninyu nga program para recover ug files? for my external hard drive. i alreadu used disk drill, recuva and virtualab. sad to say it didn' work.

mao ni nahitabo. na virusan akong external hard drive, i dont know the name of the virus. inig open nko sa hard drive naay short cut inside sa akong hard drive. which contains all my files. so if naa ko kwaon sa akong external HD mo open ko twice befor nko ma acces ang mga files. when i plug it to my other PC the anti virus poped a warning and gave me an option to delete the virus or continue. ako pud g delete. then worst part ako g format akong external HD. akong question ma recover pa kaha nko akng mga files?

depende kung unsa ka bug.aton sa files kailangan jud o license nga data recovery if bug.at nga mga files!
pero kung pics, documents ra ky nka sulay ko disk digger gamit nrecover rman pud..

Clean your drive with anti-virus...mubalik ra na.
-Scan sa avast
-unhide mga folders
-then try to scan again with online virus cleaner(e.g f-secured, Bit defender).
-if ma recover na...make back up of your files.
-Reformat your external HDD.
-back to normal na.

if na format na nimo TS, ok rana kay marecover pana using ESEAUS/iCare data recovery

naka try na ku sa recuva last week TS.. ang kalahian lang, wala pa naku gireformat ang ako hard disk,. pero try lang pd easeus.

ani nalang,,, suggest best my experience,,, ...... adto ka sa folder option tapos click ka sa view option then uncheck the hide setting nga naka hide sa emo program.. then copy your files in to ur,, flash drive or extra hdd nimu or patition 2.. in your hard disk ...... Then format ur Computer, para mawala ang virus....

just encountered this virus sad.
i was tasked to removed it kay na-infected ang netbook.
it's a winXX.dll something.
hard to detect kay it's named and cloaked as a legitimate Window process.

you should not have open files from that new shortcut folder created.
murag mao ni iyang process.
It creates a "shortcut" folder for your hard drive.
all your files are changed to "hidden".
It copies all files to new "shortcut" folder created.
At first you'll loose free space. afterwards you'll be gaining free space because it is deleting files outside the "shortcut" folder.
Files inside the "shortcut" folder are slowly infected.


anyway before to nimo gi-format ta there was a good chance to recover the non-infected files.
they were all only "hidden" .

in my case, na-infected akong external HD.
here's what i did.
i plugged it sa akong "clean" laptop; w/ USB DISK SECURITY, ANTIMALWARE BYTES, AVAST PRO 2013,and Microsoft tools .
unchecked hidden folder and OS option, makita nimo all the files and folders are still there outside the "shortcut" folder.
Right click sa "shortcut" folder makita nimo ang Virus "process'.
sa Microsoft site, you can download a tool w/c "fixes" it.
deleted the "shortcut folder".
change back the properties of the properties of the files and folders "hidden" by the virus.
Run the Microsoft tool w/c took 3 hours to scan and it successfully deleted all the "fake" Window processes virus.
Run Anti-alware and Avast just to make sure.

anyway, sa katong na-delete na by the virus
i managed to recover all of them w/ POWER DATA RECOVERY.
it does help nga all my files are in .ISO format
installer. pictures, videos everything in .ISO or .mdf
that way dili dali ma-corrupted or infected.
