The gated property is newly renovated, well maintained and our Admin Assistant is always ready to entertain the needs of the guests. The location is accessible via local transport; i.e. taxi, jeepney or tricycle and a few minutes’ walk to the nearest supermarket (Save More – Maribago) and a tricycle ride from the wet market. Pets are allowed as long as they won’t disturb the other guests. Garbage segregation is practiced in the property and trash is collected regularly. Cable TV is available upon request.

STUDIO ROOMS (2 UNITS)
Basic furnishings includes a bed with mattress, aircon, refrigerator, kitchen sink, separate CR, common laundry area. Rate is P6,000.00 (negotiable) for a maximum of 2 occupants for long stays (6mos. up).Each unit is also provided with their own separate electric and water meters.
TOWNHOUSE (5 UNITS)
With monthly rates ranging from P8,000.00 to P13,000.00 (negotiable) the fully furnished one storey apartments will surely fit your budget. We also give discounts for extended stays 6 months and above and special rates for 3 or more guests. We also have a special rate for dormitory type occupancy. Basic furnishings includes a bed with mattress, aircon, separate CR with shower, TV, refrigerator, sala sets, dining set, kitchen with stove and sink. Our Honeymoon Suite is provided with a bath tub with hot water shower, a gas range with range hood, a bar and a spacious terrace. Each unit is fully screened, provided with a small garden and one parking space (extra parking space maybe provided upon request). Each unit is also provided with their own separate electric and water meters. DISCOUNTED RATES FOR YEARLY STAYS CAN BE ARRANGED.
