also how do you think about tattooing a dogs name and my name and/or telephone as a means of permanent identification?.. i mean we all know how weakly implemented the use of microchips here in our country.. right?

what is the purpose of your registration? para ma name na imoha na ang dog? just get your dog a chip. tag 700 ra sa cvd.

pls dont tattoo ur dog. a tattoo is a personal choice. and the dog cannot say if he wants it or not.
