I'm planning to buy a 2nd hand car. Naay nag offer ug Hyundai Sante Fe 2003 ug Kia Carens 2006. Asa man mas better ani? Mas economical ba ang Carens? Unsa mas daghan spare parts available in Cebu? Which is cheaper to maintain? Share your thoughts please.

with all things being equal, i'd get the carens 3rd gen over the sta fe 1st gen. newer car i guess. parts ought to be available at kia casas. no idea on maintenance. it would be better if you state your preferences, intended use and budget range. other options might come up.

Anyways back to topic... Id get a local carens than any surplus vehicles for documentation's sake.. Basin ok pa na karon but later on lisod nasad i renew just like the honda fits

and so far pag drive nako ug carens nindot ug acceleration ug decent ang ride and its fuel consumption.

Aku basis Kung magpa lit ku 2nd hand car, especially if maglibog jud ku, il go for the later model Kay mas bag.o2 ang unit ug makina..

kia carens for me especially if its local unit and casa maintained. preference lang ni and i heard good feedback about the car.
Then, newer, more or less 6yrs of use compared to 10yrs+_ old nga sta fe. IMO
