How to Get the Default Gateway
Using Control Panel
Click Control Panel
Click Network and Internet Connections
Click Network Connection
You will see the LAN icon
Click Status
Note: **On the upper portion you will see the General& Support**
Click Support
You will see the “DEFAULT GATEWAY”
Copy the Default Gateway value
Using Command Prompt
Click Start
Click “RUN”
Type the word ”cmd”then press ENTER, the command prompt will appear
Type “ipconfig” then ENTER
Look for “Default Gateway”
Copy the Default Gateway value
Using the Network Icon ( in Windows 7)
Right click the internet icon on the lower right of your computer
Click open network and sharing center
Click local area connection
Then Click details
You will see the IPV4 Default gateway
Copy the Default Gateway value
