    Now then... does PH only dare ask compensation from friends?... or do we have the guts to confront China? I think I already know the answer.

    That place is notorious for running aground several vessels in the past. Since it wasn't part of the American military nobody saw the political implications that can be attached to it so it wasn't newsworthy according to the pinkos in the government and universities and other environmental front groups.
