This boss of mine convinced HR to include and Define an Offense in the Code of Conduct just today,
but was already sending out the sanctions for violation of the offense yesterday! Wow!

Is this even possible? Wala pa gani nabutang sa Code of Conduct, nagpa-sanction na?

It's hard to agree or disagree with you kung kani ra nga facts imo ibutang.

Para nako Sis, dili na ingon ana ka necessary ang black & white Code of Conduct.
Kita as employee, molihok lang jud pud ta og sakto.
Sakto as in dili against sa atong employer og dili pod against sa atong pagka-employado.

Kung nasayop ka or naka-violate og "basic" rules or naka-offend ka'g somebody, natural lang nga naay mo-sita nimo.
