QUALIFICATIONS:
SALARIED INDIVIDUALS:
1. Must be 23 to 60 years old** upon loan maturity
2. With a minimum gross monthly income of P 15,000.00 for Metro Manila-based applicants or P10,000.00 for provincial-based applicants
3. Must be with the current company for at least one (1) year on a regular/permanent status
4. With office landline
5. Must be Filipino citizen
*61 to 65 years old upon loan maturity may be allowed if verified with employer that retirement age is 65 years old. Borrowers who are more than 60 years old upon loan maturity must also submit a photocopy of Credit Life Insurance.
SELF-EMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS:
1. Must be 25 to 60 years old** upon loan maturity
2. With a minimum gross monthly income of P 15,000.00 for Metro Manila-based applicants or P10,000.00 for provincial-based applicants
3. Business must be registered existence of operation for at least three (3) years for Trading and Services industry or five (5) years for other industries
4. With office and home landline and/or mobile number
5. Must be a credit cardholder
6. Must be Filipino citizen
There are only few requirements. You may submit photocopies of the following:
For SALARIED INDIVIDUALS :
1. Completely filled out application form.
2. Photocopy of Latest Income Tax Return ITR/ BIR Form 2316
3. Photocopy Company ID with 3 spicimen signature and Government ID.
4. Photocopy Latest (3) three months pay slip
5. Photocopy of Certificate of employment - COE
6. Photocopy of 3 months Bank Statement (for non-top)
For SELF-EMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS:
1. Completely filled out application form.
2. Photocopy of Latest BIR Form 1701
3. Photocopy of unexpired Certificate of Registration from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
4. Photocopy of Latest two (2) months credit card statements
5. Photocopy of Latest six (6) months bank statements of account/s
6. Photocopy of the face of credit card
7. Photocopy of two (2) government-issued ID's with photo
