need help pls.

(first of all, dili jud ko kahibaw mo.ayo ug pc, kanang software part)


my pc was getting this error.
display driver has stopped responding nvidia - Bing Images

the screen flickers then turns to black then mo crash.

wala man jud koy laing nakit.an nga solution sa internet
so i bought a new graphic card (radeon HD 5570).
im using win 7 32 bit.

try ko ug follow sa instruction kung unsaon pag ilis ug graphic card. one of the instruction was to remove the old driver before inserting new video card. since my pc crashes every time i bot it, i tried going safe mode and pc did not crashed. so while on safe mode, i removed the driver (which is the stupidest thing i did... again, wala jud koy background with fixing pc.. manual rako salig). when i rebooted my pc, dili na cya mo sulod sa windows. mo blue screen error cya.

i tried to reformat it but i think im not doing it right.

now, i cant use my pc anymore. pls somebody help. gamer here and a day without my pc feels like forever T_T
