    Default Customer Service Consultants Day Shift Work




    Teleperformance is looking for Customer Service Consultants for their Australian account. Working hours is from 6AM - 3PM with weekends off. Awesome pay, even better benefits!

    The application process will involve a computer exam, an initial interview, an English proficiency exam, a final interview, and a mock call. But not to worry, contact me ahead of time before you come in the office so that I can give you tips for the exam and also coach you with the interviews as well as the mock call.

    So, if you are at least a 2nd year college student and you think you have a good command of the English language plus you have an exceptional customer service skills, apply now!     Working hours is from 6AM - 3PM ---> di man sa ingung bitter hap pero feeling lang jud naku nahagbong ko sa account interview (knowing nga after final interview kay gicongratulate ko then after versant kay gicongratulate ko) so account interview ko na angul kay lau amo, niana ang interviewer nga there is a possibility nga 4 am or 5 am magstart so niana ko basig naay chance ma 6 am or 7.... nya gihagbong gyapun ko. Sakit gamay para sa ako nga naay 6 am jud diay magstart ug gabalik pa intawn ko ngadto para lang hagbungun sa acct interview. I hope ang katung mangaply ani nya madawat kay 6 am jud ilang start.

    ahw mao bah? dili d.i ni sure nga 6am? mao nasad ni ila gi ingon nga sa mailad lang? para daghan mag apply or para sa referral bonus? plan baya unta ko mag apply kay ganahan nako nga morning shifts nah. hahaizz.

    I apologize for the misinformation bro. But to set the records straight, on the Cebu site the earliest shift that we have is 6AM to 3PM, then we have 7AM to 4PM. They are planning to have an 8AM to 5PM and also a 9AM to 6PM late this year. It is not true that we have a 4AM and 5Am shift because those hours belong to the Manila sites (MOA, Edsa, etc).

    uhm, where is your office/the workplace located? I am interested to apply but I am still abroad. Do you happen to interview applicants on the phone and abroad? =) di sad ko nahan muuli nga wa pay sure ba if mahire ba jud ko diha kay nagplano sad ko magpamanila nlng... But im looking forward to work on a dayshift account.. =).. I have 3 years call center experience.. sa Manila ug diha sa Wipro sa ayala, cebu.. Then mga 4 years supervisory experience but non-BPO/call center...

    Hello Apple_Dy, all applications are done via walk-in. All you have to do is just visit the office and bring your updated resume.
