I'm handling a lot of projects now and I need to delegate/outsource some of my projects.

I'm looking for:
- HTML and CSS
- PHP, MySQL, Javascript/Jquery experience (3+ years experience)
- must have Skype for discussion and must be online always
- projects have large scope of work, so I require to work on this full-time but homebased
- we're based in Singapore, so there might be a possibility or opportunity to join our team (but I can't promise), who knows we might like your work
