this is really helpful but the best way to test it is through pap smear. a plus with pap smear is that it screens for std and cancer.

All you need to do is to get discharges prior to menstruation and wipe it in the tester. the tester will change it color after 10 secs compare the color in the color chart. The first color will say your normal and the last 3 colors will advice you to see your doctor because you have infections.
