I watched a whole season of it a while back, season 3 i think...

well in my honest opinion the whole story was really sad, and I think the writers did that on purpose to show that plastic surgeons, who's job description is to create beautiful people, have more problems than their patients who only look at their physical self...

well some weird twists in this one...
