CENTURY PROPERTIES MGT INC.
is in need of one (1) BMS Operator/Technician for Cebu assignment in one of their managed property.

Job Objectives:

1) To keep all communications and computers up and working at all times.
1.1 Includes but is not limited to technical installations and maintenance of the office computers
and office network.
2) Implement and monitor operations and maintenance of the BMS as required.
2.1 (Building Management System or Integrated Building Automation System)
CCTV System, Fire Alarm System, EMS.
2.2 Control, monitor and maintain the operation of the building’s computerized equipments
(e.g. chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHU's, genset and water tanks) as directed.
3) Control, monitor and maintain the building’s Fire Detection & Alarm System (FDAS) as directed
by the Property Manager
4) Control, monitor and maintain the building’s CCTV System as directed by the Building Manager
5) Control, monitor and maintain Computerized Elevator Management System (CEMS) as directed
by the Building Manager
6) To constantly update the Prop Manager and to document, report and recommend incidents concerning BMS operations.
6.1 Log Book all BMS related incidents
6.2 Submit Incident Reports
6.3 Compile Special n Regular Operating Procedures
Applicant must be able to undertake the following responsibilities competently.


Qualifications:
Graduate of BSECE or BSCompEng with or without experience in BMS operations.
