Mentioning "ROOM NURSE." Does she means becoming LPN? Caregiver ?
There are plenty in USA ! Latinos, the african americans. even the white has come into that situation because of US economic crisis. She should read US economy . . . . OMG !

I'm a Registered Nurse so medyo na-hurt ko sa comment ni Madamme Cynthia Villar.
It's close to saying that we only want to be caregivers to foreginers. I hope she realizes how difficult working as a Nurse here in the Philippines is >exactly the reason why most nurses are going our of our country to work.
Since our Curriculum is diffierent from the Nursing schools abroad , we need to take exams and be certified in their Nursing program for us to work as Nurses in their countries. It is very expensive to take these exams and while in the process, we need to work as part time caregivers(commonly) so we can keep up with the expenses. It will not make us less of a Nurse to work as caregivers, and we are good at it since we know better than the ordinary caregivers especially when it comes to medications and stuff like that.
SORRY MADAMME, BUT CERTAINLY, YOU ARE NOT GETTING MY VOTE >WHEN YOU ARE OLD AND SICK AND YOU HAVE A NURSE ON YOUR BEDSIDE, I HOPE HE /SHE WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU.
