Download ko ug Call Blacklist na apps.
Ge try nakog add sa blacklist ang smart number nako. E block sa apps successfully ang number.
Akong ge remove ang smart # nako sa list. (E block man khapon sa apps!)
Akong ge clear data ang apps. uninstall. (block khapon akong smart number).

Unsaon mani pag unblock mga master? Ang apps akong ge gamit kay Calls Blacklist.

u sure? i have used multiple call and sms blacklist apps including the one your having problems with.. and so far I don't have any problems blocking OR unblocking a number....

you said you have uninstalled the app right? try to wipe dalvik cache, and restart back your phone.. it will reload all the apps you have... check back again if your smart # will be block still.....
