Responsibilities:

- Build and submit major contracts, agreements and other legal documents
- Review the following existing documents and make revisions if needed:

· Policies

· Procedures

· Agreements

· Contracts

· Terms and Conditions

- Be familiar with Consumer Rights of each Market that the call center caters to (e.g., Australia, UK, and US)
- Provide assistance and advice to the call center operations with regards to the Consumer Complaints filed with Fair Trading, QCAT and other Gov't entities
- Prepares necessary documents and materials to handle court cases, mediations, etc.
- Covers all Para Legal work for Leimo as required
- Researches on Personal Importation Law in each country as required. Focus initially on US and Japan Laws
- Sends out demand letters to delinquent customers and ensures legal procedures are complied with
- Researches different information to make sure the company is acting in accord with all applicable laws
- Performs other tasks as required by the management

Requirements:

- A graduate of Bachelor of Liberal Law from a reputable school
- Should have at least 1 year experience in a law office as a legal researcher or Para Legal or any equivalent combination of experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been obtained
- Outstanding written and communication skills and the ability to exercise initiative and judgment
- Knowledge in Australian law is an advantage
