Need Expert Opinion regarding my workstation mini itx set-up compatibilities

Hello istoryans, I am planning to build a workstation mini itx set-up.
See specifications below,

Intel core i7 3770k php 14000
Asrock z77-E itx php 6350
Bitfenix prodigy mini itx case php 3200
Seasonic X 660 watts platinum php 6700
G.skill Ripjaws X 1866mhz [2x8gb] 16gb php 4200
Samsung 830 128gb SSD php 5400
Antec Kuhler h20 620 cpu cooler php 2500
AMD firepro W5000 workstation video card 2gb x 256bit php 18000


usage:
-3D modeling, Rendering & light-medium 3D animation
-no gaming [kay naa koy gaming console]

Questions in mind:
-Is there an area that needs improvement that may cause to bottleneck? or a component that is overkill probably?
-Is there any compatibility issue? I think about it but i can't find one, just to be sure!
-Is this a good build?Roughly php. 60,000+

ok na kaayo but PSU is overkill... X400 or X460 would suffice for that build...

you may also want to add HDD for storage...

better get samsung 840 pro ssd. optimized for workstation usage.

im changing the psu into seasonic G 550 watts 80+ gold tag 4k ra sa tpc. Yup i might go with samsung 840 pro as well...thanks sa suggestions...
