Ako ug akong ig-agaw naa man gud mi gamay na kalingawan nagpahulam mi ug kwarta (dili ako ang capital hehe). Medyo dugay2x naman ning amo sideline ug karon pa ko ka huna-huna what if paperless na, meaning dili na mano-mano ug sulat sa masterlist na papel ang transaction. I-input na lang sa computer ug bahala na ang animal mu process ug update sa database. Ga sulay ko spreadsheet sa MS excel pero no luck dili man ko kabalo kutaw kaau ako utok anang mga formula hehehe!! Ga try ko research sa google but no luck pod wala man gud ko kabalo exact na mga keyword. (loan, loan software, loan management software, accounting software,....etc....)

So naa mo mahatag na links or any keyword paramaka download kog appropriate software sa nag-pa 5-6. Thanks!

Medyo hassle ang MS Excel nga spreadsheet ky mano2x pagbutang sa formula per cell and the length of amortization schedule may differ from one borrower to another so mahimo jud siya sort-of individualized. "Mas nindot" nlng ang manually done ky on the spot calculate but then nindot pud unta nga online lang tanan from application, computation, payment schedule, etc. Hope naa ma suggest maayo ana nga butang.

Naa koy nakita na template sa ms excel loan amortization schedule but ang problema niya naa limit sa term, ang amo man gud is walay limit as long as magbayad sa binulan na interest.

Aw, naa diay TS? Nag-mano2 rako butang sa formula before, makalibat, haha... Pero dali nalang for future use, copy paste na lang ka pero mag-depende lagi pud sa amortization schedule and term ky if way limit, mag-add nasad ka.

Kana unta sort-of website for online loan application unya naay ny built-in calculator for amortization. Dayon, ma-extract ang basic info sa nag-apply. Ang applicant will also have their own sort-of account unya pwede sila ka update sa ila details while na keep ra gihapon ilang privacy. I've tried this before sa free nga site pero gikapoy ra gihapon og maintain. Wa lang hinuon to'y online amortization calculator pra maka-check pud unta ang applicant. Ang naka bati sad ky exclusive ra siya, kana unta public pero at the same time ma preserve ang confidentiality sa applicant. Kana maka-view sila sa ila loan standing. Murag need njud nig IT.
