On the morning of June 1, 2011, Michael L. Sparling took the recommended dose of the workout booster Jack3d before doing a drill with his Army unit.

During the workout Sparling collapsed, and several hours later he died at a hospital of respiratory failure and cardiac arrest.

this was my favorite pre-workout cocktail 'til i had palpitations. maong wa nako nigamit og caffeine-laden supps. mind over matters nalang hehe

delikado lang ni if naa na daan ka existing health issues like hypertension or anything related...also if mu exert ka extreme physical effort while on it which will have unfavorable result...again responsible use lang... though im a fan of NoXplode since Jack3d is not as effective on me...its still a good pre workout...critics will just be critics

have you read the link? it sez there he took the recommended dose but he collapsed during the drill and died later.
