HelpPane.exe problems

Urgent Help,

i have a HP netbook..

HelpPane.exe kai mag sige jud ug pop-up non-stop, and if mag internet browser ko kai mag cge open ug tabs sa google support.


have tried process blocker, yes it was effective by blocking the HelpPane.exe but it just physically blocks it from opening, it didn't really stop it from using annoyingly huge memory space that slows down the computer down. Process blocker is useless when browsing the web because it constantly opens a help tab (google support for google chrome), basically it only blocks it in the desktop environment but never in the internet browsers.


i have no logitech mouse nor any input devices wired nor wireless. I'm just using the touchpad and my F1 key is not stuck at all.


been defragmenting and scanning the PC with virus scanners and it just simply didn't solve it.


if I look at its properties in Task Manager (HelpPane.exe) it brings me to C:windows/HelpPane.exe and it comes from a trusted source. And if I try to delete it (out of desperation) it just simply won't because it's a microsoft file.


been googling and searching all over the internet for solutions but i never found trusted and effective solutions for this. Hoping that for this one somebody might be useful enough to solve this very annoying problem.

(sorry english ang kasagaran mao ni akong gisubmit sa microsoft support gud and ako nalang gi-copy para dili nako mag retype again sa akong problema, namasin ko diri kai dugay pa raba na sila mang reply..)
