Where can I repair my flash drive?!!! Help me!!!

I have a SAMSUNG 512mb flash drive....

ang problema naa siya dautan...

makastore siya up to 510mb but the problem is that only 256mb of storage is functional and other files that are stored in the other half or should i say kung magstore pa ko og files that will exceed the used storage of 256 will be corrupted... meaning guba! although mastore siya pero guba na ang files dili na maopen!

So that means that my 512 mb flash drive can store only 256mb...

Ngano man ni? Medyo dugay dugay nasad ni ako flash drive...

Unsay problema ani? Pwede pa ni marepair? How or where can i repair this?

Pls Help!!!

karon rana na happen? in the first place basig 256 mb ra jd na sya, lahi lng ug label.. if dli nimo kelangan ang files try FORMAT dw.. or pwede transfer sa mga files den FORMAT ang flash drive

i've tried formatting it with windows and in dos...

wa gyud effect...

guba gihapon...

palit nlang bag-o bai if ganahn jd ka 512mb.. ky dghan na barato karn flash drive pero kana naay waranty palita at least 2 days ang waranty para ma test nimo pila ila maximum size masulod...

check your drive for damages... try to use hdtune -> http://www.hdtune.com/

some common problems with flash drives:
over heating
damaged usb connector
bad quality

did you check the hdtune utility already?
