If i have the political know how and if i was trained on the things about politics or about government offices and if we dont have crab mentality and we dont have snakes underneath.... then i would have run for President....

but then......

well... daghan man gusto mokab ot pud sa pwesto... in a bad way of doing it...

1.] obliterate all NUISANCE first [ESTRADA CLAN, MARCOS CLAN, LACSON] and all other pro OPPOSITONS.
2.] Change the Constitution such that all election candidates are at least college graduates.
3.] All Officials [including the president] who will be proven CORRUPT shall be summarily executed thru GUILLOTINE. And shall be viewed by the public.
4.] Education shall have the biggest share in the annual budget.
5.] Give importance on SCIE-TECH and MORALITY education.
6.] Officials shall ASSURE the PUBLIC that GDP (gross domestic product) will raise 10-30% each year. If the exact GDP percentage could not be attained then all officials from top to bottom shall be replaced.
