My own testimonial:
I've been renting their houses for 3 years na... atimanon jud ka nila... ipahawa lang mi sa current nako nga house kay gamiton nila. But they've got another house na nga ilang gina ayo para among balhinan kay sayangan sila sa amoa kay mga good payer.

So if good payer ka, okay kaayo. Pinangga ka sa care taker, sa owner sad.

Naa ni sila mga apartments nga sige lang sad ka puno kay daghan magpa reserve. So in short, experienced na sila aning magpa rent2x ug houses and apartments, naa silay ilang mga tao nga pwede mo ayo sa unsay guba nga imong ireklamo or kung di nimo makaya - labaw na kung puro mo bae.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
Ganahan ta ko sa house, I want it for myself kung kaya lang (one of the houses man ni gi offer sa amoa nga transferan). It's really nice, big rooms, well maintained (kay as mentioned naa silay ilang mga tao) and very clean.

What I really like about the place kay VERY PEACEFUL. As in hilom kaayo. Right infront sa house is a very big lawn nga wa pa nila gi tukuran ug unsa diha, so okay kaayo mag dagan2x ka ddto sa lawn (LOL) - pero di na sulod sa imong gate.

ONSITE VISITS
I can meet you somewhere, like easiest way to meet and meeting place siguro is the GAISANO MACTAN, or pwede ka mo sakay sa gaisano mactan ug jeep nga ang rota "hoops dome - cordova" then wait lang ko sa eskina.

Hangyo lang nako PLEASE CONTACT ME IF INTERESADO JUD MO ug makaya ninyo ang rent. I'm working too, though duol ra akong balay sa ilaha, time is gold. ga tabang ra sad ko mangita ug occupant.... so I hope maka sabot ra mo if mo entertain ko sa mga tao nga gusto jud. But I tell you, very nice na ang 30K for this type of his kay kasagara akong gaka notice ani nga type of house diri sa mactan kay mga 50K na ila ipa rent tapos unfurnished ug wa sad ka kabalo if naa ba silay tao nga mo assist nimo kung naa ka problema sa house.
