you also have to take into consideration food that may cause bloating or kanang mag daku ang tiyan tanawon. too much salt in the diet is one. also, you can not just take off fat from you tummy or abs kay involuntary ang muscles dinhang dapita. you have to lose fat all over para mogamay imong tiyan. aerobic exercises like, running, biking, swimming, etc would be best to lose fat fast, exercise with an empty stomach and eat after when your metabolism is at its peak in that way what you burn during exercise is stored body fat and not the food you ate before working out. do intense interval training to pump up your heart rate. this means, if you are jogging, brisk walk for a minute, sprint for a minute, walk for a minute then sprint again. hope this helps
ayaw tuo anang diet nga binuang nga kanang dili na hapit mokaon. kung abs imo giapas, ayaw sad tuo anang exercise nga sobra sobra pa sa duha ka oras unya kada adlaw pa gyud. "core" exercises should only be done at every other day, 3 to 4 times a week lang and only for at most an hour. pwede hinoon ka mag cardio (jogging for 15 to 20 minutes at most imo) kada adlaw if you like.
unya kanang para sa mga lalake nga nag-apas og six-pack, kanang mag exercise ka concentrating/isolating on your abs like situps/crunch kay walay pulos kung daghan gihapong tambok nagtabon ana. mao nang mas importante nga una nimong ifix kay imong diet while doing core/basic exercises plus cardio
ang diet nga sakto kay mokaon ka og sakto, dili kanang dili na hinoon ka mukaon, sakto means balanced diet of lean meat, fruits and vegetables. kung abs imo giapas, ang angay ra nimong idecrease og kaon kay kanang kan-on or white rice. eat less calories although that doesn't mean nga never eat foods with calories kay makuyapan hinoon ka tungod wala na kay energy. ilessen lang ang intake.
oh yeah, also avoid/lessen eating processed foods and softdrinks
by the way there's no magic solution for losing weight or getting abs. it might take some time. other significant factors include genetics. kung dili nimo ma-achieve ang "perfect" physique after for so loooong, at least you take comfort knowing nga you're living healthy and eating properly
Pag calorie deficit diet bai, once nga moabot nanag 1 digit imong body fat percentage. You're gonna have abs like mine.
