Hi guys
I need some advice. It's more for my sis who owns a Myphone A618 with Android 2.3.6 Jellybean (I think).
Much as she loves the phone, unfortunately it always tells her her message inbox is full and that she has low disk space. The internal memory is supposed to be 165MB but now her free space is only 5MB. She didn't download any apps, and the phone already came with a buttload of useless apps.
I tried to move the apps to the SD card but the option isn't available, and neither is the clear cache option. She's already deleted all of her text messages and it's still the same.
I figured the only solution would be rooting. From what I understand, is through rooting, you can delete built-in apps. But I'm a bit apprehensive about this.
Anyone have any ideas and experiences on this? Because we're stumped and she's not able to receive our text messages anymore. I've had to call to get to her.
