hi, re-opening my thread. nana sd ko lain problem about software sa phone. so here it goes:

Akong ate, nka.swap xa ug galaxy y. we checked the unit and it seems ok jd kaau xa and hamis pa sd. at first the unit is smoothly functioning. until then, nag.lowbat ang phone, gcharge sa ako ate, pero ang iya nahibugngan nga magkislap2 ang light sa phone then white screen ra ang mugawas. nka.ask nako for technical knowledge ni sir AGILI then he told me nga bcn dw sa charger kay dili mn original ang charger. maau ra dw ang phone if e.restart. dugay2 sd xa nauli.an mao ako nlng sa g.ingnan ako ate nga pasagdaan nlng sa bcn m.ok ra. pgbuntag ana n.ok na dw ana ako ate, and i advised her nga pagamiton nlng ug original nga charger, from my galaxy mini 2 or sa corby sa ako uncle. so ok na dw ana ako ate, kay iya mn g.obserbaran. pero ghapon, nagtext ako ate nga nibalik nsd dw. mura gali mg.pawng2 ang siga sa phone then white screen rjd ang makita, then gnina buntag nakasaksi jud ko, mao ghapon nahitabo while nag mobile net xa.

Questions:
- Unsa kahai possible nga dautan sa unit? software or tungod lng jd sa charger? (nigamit nm ako ate ug original nga charger nig charge niya.)
- any knows how to fix it?

kaila kag custom firmware? meaning ang o.s. na gigamit kay dli official. for tweaks reason. almost most android users do that. ang prob aning sa imo kay pag factory reset, ang files sa software naa sa memory card nga wala nimo. reformat ra katapat ani

mao buh? unsaon mani pg.reformat? karon pa man gd ko ani gd nga ni n.ani pg.factory reset nko. kay ang tag.iya pd mismo murag wa khibaw.. kay una niyang g.instruct, bcn dw wala namu g.insertan ug sim, so mao to amu gbutangan (nagtalk mi sa phone ani tyma), nya mao ra ghapon. amu gtawagan balik, ana siya bcn dw suwayan ug insert ug memory card, so ako gsuwayan ug insert ako memcard, n.ani ra ghapon ang nigawas.. meaning wa pd to siya alamag..

-ang pgreformat ani, asa ta pwede ani? if sa samsung jud mismo, naa ba bayad?

kulbaan lang jud ko buh kay first tym nako nka.incounter ug n.ani gd.. bcn madaot ang OS ani.. madaot buh or dili ra?

its a bootstartup problem on your case mam... corrupt ang bootloader sa phone...

one way you can do (if you know) is to boot up in download mode.. press the power button, volume down and home button key... that will take you to download mode...

use PC ODIN to install the appropriate firmware ana jud nga phone (NOT THE CUSTOM ONE which corrupted the bootloader)
