    mga istoryans, unsa inyu ika sulti kng ma promote namu unya kalit lng bawion sa inyoha? unya murag walay plano ang company nga ma promote ka, pero naa naka effectivity date.. pwde ba sila ma kasohan ana?

    wala koi na pirmihan sis, pero nag hatag na sila ug effectivity date kng when ko mag start.. i think ang reason walay pinirmahan kay latteral xfer ra cya..

    nindot pd na nga suggestion sir.. but I'll give it a little more time kng unsa man gyud.. m still waiting kng unsa gyud ila decision.. and huwat pd ko ug reply from DOLE regarding this matter

    I suggest you talk this over with the management usa.
    Call me sort of unreactive, but basin maplantsa pa ni within the company - less hassle sa imo nga part.
    Pasabta ang management bro sa imo thoughts, ug unsa imo expectations.
    Sa career man gud in a management perspective, dili lang salary ang giapas sa uban in their views.
    One thing is self-satisfaction sa imo roles nga gipangbuhat. Ang ubang taw mas ganahan bigger ila responsibilities so ma-practice nila ila authority and leadership skills. Salary would come-in second. (Note: emphasis is sa 'uban' i am not talking about sa majority)

    So, if dili lang close-minded inyo management, i think madala pa ni istorya. Else, ngadto nalang DOLE if you think gitamakan imo rights pagka-empleyado.
