Free park (grassland) to play outdoor sports in Cebu?

Naa paba free park to play around in cebu karon? just wondering if pwidi paba ta mag duwa ug outdoor sports like flagfoot ball or frisbee sa mga wide grassland park area here in cebu own by the government...

Nag wonder lang q k murag halos tanang area ngari cebu own by business people na if u used it for outdoor sports buyagon ka, unsay say ninyo ani? wa nalang tay chance to play in free area that our public will give us to enjoy? i heard na halos tanan ngari sa cebu k dili na paduwa.an so wat happen is instead of sport they will divert into drugs, i know politician or SPORTS GROUP always promote to be in sport and not to drugs...

Actually im not in pinas i realized na daghan libre ka suroyan ngari sa akong country na gi stayhan than sa atong own country, i recall many years ago dha IT park nag jogging q for a year i've been using that place for jogging naay ray mikalit naku ug du.on na guard and says gidili na ang IT park mag jogging2x that time hawan pana dha only People Support ang building na call center dhang dapita before...ug some buildings sa kilid in line sa GLOBE building, then one of my friend gi sita sad sila luyo sa Immaculate heart na area own by Ayala k gidili ang mag duwa ug frisbee in fact gipa secure sila ug permit for only 1 year after that wa na musugot ang ayala paits kau wa nalang jud tay libre ani na ang Cebu will give benefits sa mga Cebuano's to use the ground for free?
