HELP!!Throat Cancer, Mononucleosis, Hypothyroidism or just another Anxiety??

Tabang mga amigo og amiga. Dako kaayo ako problema karon og usahay mura ko maboang nga basin gi cancer nako. inaani ni sya ato 1st week november karon tuiga na admit ko due to Acute Pharyngitis tungod kay di nako kainom og tubig og kaon tarong kay sakit na jud kaayo itulon maskin gamay ra. geristahan ko nla High Antibiotics through IV fluids. kay resistance nako sa co-amoxiclab, cefalixin, etc. kay dugay na pud nako gidala-dala ako sore throat og tonsil. din nanggawas ako mga lusay ato or swollen lymph nodes in below my left jaw left throat, back of my head, left side of my neck which is visible kaayo.then i also had ear infection and multiple canker sores og usahay naay something mag stuck sko throat (center to bottom) permi, then muscle aches from my back og leg. malas pa jud kaayo ko kay tukar ako anxiety right after pagtest nla nko sa antibiotic sa ako arm perti mn jud sakita. shoot-up ako BP then chest tightness dayon ko. after 2 days confined kay nindot ako feeling na improve ako lawas og gi resitahan ko take home meds na CEFIXIME 200mg 2x a day good for 5 days. na improve na ako health nkarecover nako..right after 2 weeks nov. 25. nagstart na pud ko feel nga murag something naay ngstuck sko throat, swollen lymph node in my left throat, muscle pain (back ache, upper chest pain, shoulder), ear pressure/pain, shortness of breath sometimes og feeling tired everyday. Unsa kaha ni ako gebati karon noh?hadlok mn gud ko basin throat cancer nani ui.. if ever mn gani unsa ni mangutana lng ko ninyo tagpila kaha ng endoscopy noh?og kinsa best ENT ma recommend nko ninyo mga amigo og amiga..worried kaayo ko.day by day magoul jud ko ayo ma depress ko plus naa pa jud ko anxiety. hinaot ko wala unta ni ui.

Oh by the way how common diri sa Pilipinas specially here in Cebu nga naay case sa Throat Cancer og Mononucleosis. please share daw mo nako beh kung kinsa to naay experience ani or friends/relatives nla nga naay inaani nga case..i hope matabang ko ninyo!daghang salamat ninyo tanan og maayo gabii..

akong uncle ts, papillary thyroid carcinoma. related ra siguro ni. sa case sa ako uncle, dako kaayo ang mass (fist-like) naa sa iya neck mura ug goiter. makakaon ra man gihapon siya as in normal. wala niya paoperahi kay basin mosamot if mobalik if maremove ang mass. magsige hinuon ug ngulngol but ako ra gipatake ug supplement. so far so good. nawala na ngul2x. he looks normal aside sa mass nga naa sa neck.
