But I know na makatawag ka sa Paypal US thru skype.
Adjust lang sa ila working time.

One time, my Paypal account got limited. Spent couple of minutes digging through their pages to find their support number. Found it, dialed through Skype, and there was I, talking to a Pinoy support agent. ha ha ha. She literally solved my problem in minutes.

By the way, I once talked to an Indian Paypal support. Well, his accent is beyond me. Wa jud koy nasabtan. ha ha ha
