I propose!

Problem: newbies asking recurring questions and not reading the forum rules.
Suggestion: add an exam to the member registration.
Goal: to reduce recurring questions and force newbies to read and study the forum rules.

Exam topic: frequently asked questions and forum rules.
Exam type: multiple choice, 8 choices each maybe, must pass 100%.
