my nose is acting up lately. nag sugod ni xa after nko uli sa amo province sa south. ga motor rko nya mga 4hours plus ang byahi.
ang blema kai cge lang ka clog ako nose. either sa left or right. mag balhin2 ra. wala ko ga take ug meds kai i thot mwagtang rag iya. hahaha.
weird thing is, mo relax ako ilong or mwagtang ang bara kung naa kos among office nga bugnaw. haha.. galibog ko na unsa ni.
wai sip.on nga mo tulo or unsa, di pd mag labad ako ulo.
any thoughts?

mao sd nu.. ambot nanu ni. ang ako wala nsabtan kai mwagtang or mo relax xa kung bugnaw or kung naa kos office.

Definitely, you are allergic to pollen. It will pop up when season changes. Yeah, there are remedies on how to eliminate pollen allergy such as closing windows, running your aircon, taking anti-allergy drugs such as antihistamines and the most important keep away from a pollen environment.
