Guys naa koy question about how the local music scene works. As far as I know, wala juy record labels diri sa Cebu (like what Fearless Records or Rise Records does in the USA) nga mo sign ug mga local talents and bands. So how do Cebu bands like Shuffled and Drop Decay (to name a few I know) produce their EPs and albums? Ila nang kwarta ila gamit jud? I mean sa recording palang daan mahal na, unsaon pana nila sa pag mass produce sa CD? If dato jud kaayo sila (which I doubt) then my question is answered.
