Question about "Evil Spirit of the Lord"

"Question: What does it mean when the Bible says that an "evil spirit" was sent by God to torment Saul? Answer: 1Samuel 16:14-15 states, "But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him. And Saul's servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubleth thee."

Why does it say nga "Evil", unya Lord baya, naa diay evil spirit si Lord? I love the Lord with all my heart and I am a Christian. I don't question the authenticity of the Bible, but maybe lahi lng akong pagsabot ba or pagka interpret.

Daghan nako nabasahan nga nag explain ani, pero wala man kaau ko kasabot. Murag naa ko gamay nasabtan siguro, pero dili nako ma explain in simple words. Can you help me understand this? And with the help of God in prayers, I really want to understand this.

I just want to clear up my mind in this confusing verse.

Mmmmmm...... It has a different meaning ? Or is it something like "God sent/gave a bad feeling to Saul"? Or something like, God allowed a bad feeling to come upon Soul? Ingun ana?

bro, share lang ko sa akong idea sad....
para nako dunay 2 ka klase sa evil.....inflicted by God and inflicted by Satan/men (sin, corruption, death).
We know that our God is not only a God of compassion, love, grace, peace...etc but He is also a God of Judgment, righteousness, justice....dunay mga butang which for us evil in our interpretation pero it was done by God to fulfill his purpose, reveal his power and sovereignty.

The only difference is if it is God-inflicted, it always bring salvation/restoration,etc if we only submit to His purpose.
