Create Businesses and link several Projects! You can then add your Customers and Suppliers in the Contacts Module, containing their contact information (Address, Phone No., and Email Address) so you can easily message them or give them a call, or schedule an appointment in the Activities Module. Products Module is where you can create your products, which will be used in creating Sales Order for your Customers.
Revenues and Expenses, and Orders Modules
Create Orders for your Products, and once Invoiced, they will be automatically be reflected in the Revenues and Expenses Module; which can be viewed in a summarized list of all outflow and inflow of money from and to your Business, or through a chart view (powered by Google Charts) so you can easily know the status and performance of your businesses at a single glance! (Revenues and expenses records can also be manually registered under this module)
Employees, Timesheets, Employee Login, and User Management
You can grant access to an unlimited number of users to your Business Management System through the User Management Module which you can also customize the users' access rights to other modules. Your users can then login via the Employee Login, and add records within the system. Timesheets can be created in the Timesheets Module where they can log their work done for the day, and the corresponding number of hours. With this, you can easily monitor how much hours/resources are allocated for each project or business.
Mobile site for ease of use when using your smartphone
With the mobile version of the Business Management Software (powered by JQuery Mobile), you can view the same sets of modules through your smartphones or any other mobile devices in a more convenient design, making it easier to navigate from one page or record to another.
