BATTLE TESTED LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES

INTRODUCTION:
In the First World, research reveals that the CEO’s of leading firms, invariably, has some degree of military experience. In fact, Corporate America today steadily attracts young men and women from the Service as transition leaders in big corporation. It is in this perspective that the following battle-tested leadership principles were researched and compiled.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
After this conversation, it is expected that the participants will embrace;
The principles and ideas learned that may help raise their level of leadership and thereby boost the competitive vigor of the organization.
After believing in these principles; that Action is pursued, inclusive of behavior change, goals, standards, and responsibility
The learning will serve as a prism to verify our biggest deficiencies, or gaps, as leaders
The specific changes in our expectations, mindsets, behaviors, strategies and tactics are revisited for action, change, commitment, and responsibility


LEARNING METHODOLOGY/FACILITATION:
The learning will be sub-divided into 3 blocks (8 principles/block). The context will be shared in a power point lecture format. Small groups will be structured. A process checklist will animate the workshops for longer shelf-life learning. Plenary reports will consolidate the lessons learned.
A detailed session workflow and road map will be prepared for topic sequence and timing.
