Hi gudpm i'm looking for istoryans here who can help my sister and I to be endorsed in chong hua hospital. We don't have a backer man gud. Most of my friends who are hired in chong hua say that they have their backer that's why they were called during the screening. The sad thing that my friend told me (she is also a nurse at chong hua) is that they will not take time to look for your papers if some1 won't endorse your name to the nso office. I dont know if this is true, but I think tinuod pud.. Maybe sa kadahan pud mo pass kapoyan na sila mangukay.. mura man sad jud true, because I passed my application their last year pa ug nagpass napud ko lain application last week of september, and my sister the first week of october..her friends passed the second week of october and pagka ugma anah natawgan iyah friends for an exam ingon pud iya friends naa silay backer nga doctor sa chh. I can say na nakoi edge kay nana man koi volunteer experience sa mga hospitals pero wala jud ko matawge. If follow up sad tah didto mo ingon pud daun cgeh lang tawagan lng mo if makapasar mo sa screening, without even bothering to ask our name kung kinsa ang naning kamot mo follow-up.
We want to pursue jud our career as a nurse jud, that's why wala jud mi mi try og job outside our chosen field..

to those persons who have read my thread and knows some1 who can help us, please do help.. I know this is kinda desperate, but it is a reality man gud nga lisud e sulod ug hospitals nowadays that why maguse uban ug padrino system.

I agree humot ang chong hua abroad.. mura ni sila st.luke's medical center sa cebu.. but if d ka ma tawagan, y not try other hospitals? tigom sah ka og experience then you can always re-apply to chong hua. Mas mo matter man jud ang experience (that is if wala kay backer) .

kung naa na diay ka experience then pag abroad... dako kaau sweldo dire sa gawas.. in fact ang mga asawa sa mga nurses nag carpool nlang dire kai dako na mn ang sweldo sa ila mga asawa..really...check abu dhabi

naa naman koi experience sir 6 mons na in total ako experience wa man japon makatabang.. ang uban newly grads nuon without experience natawagan na kay naa sila backers.. ngita lng jud mi ug person para mo endorse namo didto anyway kami raman ang maningkamot para mahire mi kay wa may pulos ang moendorse namo didto if dili mi kapasar sa exam ug interview..

sad to say sir they are only accepting applicants who graduated in cebudoc also naa unta mi backer diha chief nurse dili syah katabang kay dili mi cebudoc graduate..
